Absolutely. MenuPOS stores data locally using SQLite, so you can continue taking orders and printing bills even without internet. Everything syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.
Is it GST compliant?
Yes. MenuPOS supports inclusive and exclusive GST, CGST/SGST breakdowns, custom tax profiles, and generates GST-compliant bills. You can configure different tax rates for different item categories.
Which printers are supported?
MenuPOS works with most Bluetooth and Wi-Fi thermal printers commonly used in Indian restaurants (58mm and 80mm). No special hardware is needed — just connect your existing printer and start billing.
Can I manage multiple outlets?
Yes! Depending on your plan, you can manage up to 10 businesses from a single account. The Pro plan supports 3 businesses and Pro Plus supports up to 10, each with independent menus, staff, and reports.
Is my data safe?
Your data is secured with Firebase, Google's enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Firestore security rules ensure only authorized users can access your business data.
Which languages are supported?
MenuPOS is available in 10 languages: English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Odia, and Bengali. You can switch languages instantly from the settings screen.
