  2. You have a ticket number or reference from your initial request
  3. Your issue has not been resolved within 48 hours

How do I get started with MenuPOS?

Download MenuPOS from the Google Play Store, create your account, set up your business profile, and start adding your menu items. You can begin taking orders within minutes. Our Getting Started guide walks you through each step.

How does billing and subscription work?

MenuPOS offers a free plan with essential features. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Pro Plus) are billed monthly or annually through Razorpay. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the Subscription screen in the app.

How do I connect a Bluetooth printer?

Go to Settings > Printing & Hardware, enable Bluetooth, and pair your thermal printer. MenuPOS supports most 58mm and 80mm Bluetooth thermal printers. Once paired, you can print bills and KOT slips directly from the sales screen.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile, business data, and all associated records. This action cannot be undone. Please export your data before proceeding.

Is my data safe with MenuPOS?

Absolutely. MenuPOS uses Firebase (Google Cloud) for data storage with enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit. Your business data is protected by granular Firestore security rules, and only authenticated users with proper permissions can access it.

Does MenuPOS work offline?

Yes. MenuPOS caches your menu, customer data, and recent orders locally using SQLite. You can continue taking orders and printing bills even without an internet connection. Data syncs automatically to the cloud once connectivity is restored.
